Yummy Pumpkin Seeds

From the pumpkin your just carved, you have all these seeds left. STOP!!! Don't throw them away, bake them! That's right you heard me correctly! Here are a few of my favorite recipes.
Classic
- Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoons melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
- Directions:
1 Heat oven to 350°F. Rinse pumpkin seeds and remove the pulp and fiber. Dry the seeds with a paper towel. Put the seeds in a bowl and mix in the melted butter, salt and pepper. Spread the seeds out on a baking pan.
2 Bake at 350°F for 15 - 20 minutes or until seeds are light golden and crisp. Stir the seeds once while baking.
3 Cool seeds until completely cooled before serving.
Italian
- Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Sweet
- Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Savory
- Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon white vinegar
(Add vinegar after roasting)

Spicy
- Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon fresh lime zest
(Add lime zest after roasting)
